So we'll switch to plan B, a swift dunking in the pond followed by being carried aloft through the streets and then the highly secretive bandaging ceremony (there are some pages missing from the manual so not sure if this bit should be included :) ) Plan C is probably out of the question but involves the Vestal <i> (adjective, to do with Vesta, the Roman goddess of the hearth and household) </i> WI gang and a tray of iced buns :) Well that about covers it, is there anything we've missed? Other friends are scattered about the UK and we don't see them very often but when we do, it's a real treat. Anyway, when we're all feeling sad, just remember there's always Rod, he's never going to move <strike> unfortunately </strike> and that should bring us all some comfort :) WoE LB,

It’s always sad when friends move away and some of ours are about as far away as possible. Other friends are scattered about the UK and we don’t see them very often but when we do, it’s a real treat.
