TK Maxx Laugh at Your Peril
I have to confess I have always poured scorn on the clothing outlet T.K. Maxx, worse still ridiculing those that shop there.
No longer though - I am a convert - well one-time convert probably.
Regular readers will be well aware that the finely honed Goldeneye torso now requires trousers in a size nobody seems to sell.
With this problem planted firmly in my mind at all times, I wandered through town, had a brainstorm and decided to slip into TK Maxx, discretely, very much low key.
For those unaware TK Max claims to be a designer type outlet, they sell mainly last season crap or outsizes that other outlets fail to sell. I am told they do occasionally get good stuff in and today proved that to be true.
There are rows of jeans in all designs, all railed up in sizes, your host goes straight to the section with the fewest in - 30 inch waist.
Needless to say all no name cheap crapola - but wait a minute - what’s this - Diesel - one of the best makes - indeed usually unavailable from any shop in Grimsby.
Even more good news only £49.99 reduced from the RRP of £135 !
Tried them on - looked in the mirror - awesome ! Sorted !
But wait for something else that’s …………..
Super Awesome - size 29 inch waist - 34 leg

30 sounded boyish ….. 29 is starting to sound a bit sort of girlie. Just to keep things in context, we need to know DC’s vital stats. Does he have a 29″ waist? Your chest measurement if you please …. any sign of a cup size and we’re taking you off LB’s milkshake muscle builder once and for all!

I would expect Daniel Craig to have a 28 inch waist if he is in excellent shape.
The last fitted suit jacket I bought was 42 inch chest.
You’ll be able to scrutinise DC frame by frame when the DVD comes out in a few days - a tough job but somebody has to do it
