Thomas Sabo Jewellery
Thomas Sabo Jewellery My Latest Craze !
Needless to say it’s going nowhere
Once more the frustrations of living in Lincolnshire come to the fore. I’ve been intoxicated by the Sterling Silver Pendants made by Thomas Sabo.
They are truly superb and as such I have expanded some effort in trying to buy the exact ones I like.
Obviously they are not for sale anywhere round here.
Checking out where I can buy them on the internet did not exactly fill me with confidence either.
Online sales have a long way to go for some companies
Here is exactly what I want: The three pendants and the crown carrier

Thomas Sabo Silver Pendants
The makers began in the 1980s and are based in Bavaria but it was in the late 1980s that they began to sell jewellery branded under their own name. Chief designer Susanne Kölbli has worked on some stunning designs and quality has remained paramount.
It is the design and obvious quality that drew me to them, standing out in a veritable sea of junk !
It seems I am not the only one as they company has grown under the increased demand. I am hopeful that demand is such that as well as national advertising they may also consider national distribution.
They have also found great success in the resurgence of the charm bracelet with their own Charm Club
In fairness they do have a few outlets outside central London and several prestigious shops across the world so I suppose I should not complain too much …
It’s just that I want them and I want them now !
I’m considering a change of image and these could be the building blocks of my possible Byronesque reinvention

Rod,
Simple surely… just phone House of Fraser in Manchester and ask them if they can send you the pendant you want. We look forward to a ‘new you’ … will it extend to other areas of your life apart from jewellery?

I wouldn’t try mail ordering things like this, besides I’d be surprised if HoF do mail order as they’re all franchises within the store.
I’ve also looked to buy online but they seem mostly to be affiliate sellers or out of stock etc
The new virtual drink free lifestyle causes something of a prolem in the Byronesque lifestyle so the whole shooting match may need a rethink !

Rod,
During last summer we managed to break a china mug purchased from the Netherlands from a designer who doesn’t sell in the UK. Did that stop us from getting what we wanted? Of course not. We telephoned a number we found online and was put straight through to the designer herself who offered to ship any goods we wanted and gave a price list. Now we don’t know Mr Sabo personally but we wouldn’t let a little thing like that stand in way of acquiring that pendant. Assert yourself dear boy and find a way!

if Mr Sabo realised that I was the Most Eligible Bachelor on Wybers Wood I suspect he’d send me a selection free of charge just so his wares would be seen on my person
I cannot be doing with this interweb commerce stuff, the world’s gone mad !
Things will right themselves soon though …

Rod,
As previously said on numerous occasions, I DO think you need to get out more
You will sound like one of those four legged, furry creatures that you have tried and succeeded, to keep out of your garden!
Good luck with the search,TIDDLES, you may get nine lives if you wear one.

FF,
you could be right, I’m all for getting out more - suitable venue suggestions always appreciated !
It would be fitting for me to turn into on of my arch nemesis’ - I could could be reincarnated as a cat !
I’d probably whine even more then - if that’s possible
Best

Ive just checked out E-bay for you. And you can have the letters B,L,E,C. by this designer.
All you need to do is change your name.

I’ve often thought of changing my name to something more dynamic like …
Rock Hunter !
It’s only problems with my business banking that stopped me changing by deed poll to
Lord Collins of Great Coates
I kid you not - what a laugh that would have been

I am sure the fellow gatherers to your site could give you a few suggestions as to what you could change your name to by deed poll !
Now there is an interesting post for you to have.
Please send the royalties cheque to the same address as before.

I suspect most would be unprintable and trip Google’s safe search algorithm
I’m already banned from Google images unless safe search is disabled

Rod,
We think it’s a test. Sabo probably made a limited number of these pendants so only Witches, the brave and the born lucky stand a chance. Still, there are some very nice light pulls that we could adapt

Rod,
We have a vision of you and your light pull accessories (more Greta Garbo than Thomas Sabo)… we could expand that theme and include a set of venetian blinds so that when the need arises and you start ranting, we could close the vents
We expect yours to be dust free of course but just in case, we plan to carry a Ken Dodd type tickling stick to maintain your clean reputation
