sorry to hear of your technical problems. We share the same ISP and I have only once had a problem. BT said everthing their end was perfect and it was an ISP issue.
Eventually it turned out to be a fault at BT !
Hope it's sorted soon and thanks for making the effort to comment.

Speaking of technical stuff ..... the Coven has been cut off from our DSL connection and subsequently are coming to you live today via the broomstick dial up, steam driven method, so we're not happy.  Both BT and our ISP provider have been contacted but it's likely to be days before our connection is restored.  Is it just us or do other people have these problems?  

The wearing of a BT uniform in this area will render it's owner fair game as we intend to ambush and interrogate these individuals until normal service is resumed.
