The Coxeman on Seduction and Bike Repair

The Coxeman Returns ! Here is his Guest Post
It’s good to have him back - I think …

Seduction and the Art of Bicycle Maintenance

I’m sure you’ll all be glad to hear I’m back and my apologies for the prolonged absence. My duties as an International Counter Spy are many and varied and when Queen and country call I must obey !
The title of this post sounds like the title for a potentially good book ;)

Those out there looking to expand their romantic horizons should always be on the look out for any opportunity, no matter how unpromising they may seem.
The first thing is make sure you are somewhere where hot girls are, obvious but often overlooked.
Remember one of my important mantras for would be lotharios:

Where there are young kids there are young mums !

Young mothers provide a fertile hunting ground for legendary swordsmen such as myself, their potential is often overlooked and provided they have not let themselves go they are well worth a go.

To this end I saw a chance to strike !
As any good spy will tell you, when you go on a mission you need a cover story to get yourself inside. On that basis I found myself up to my ears in oil, chains and tyres in an attempt to overhaul 2 bikes.
This is something I would normally avoid like the plague - I am, obviously, very practical but feel no need to demonstrate it by getting my hands dirty. In this case however, I hoped the end would justify the means.

There was no express agreement that my labours would be rewarded with sexual favours but it seemed a reasonable expectation to me, added to that the young lady concerned would find me irresistible - how could it go wrong ?

Well … it did.
My reward for these labours … cups of tea !
Obviously this counts as something of a failure on the seduction front - but clearly it was not my fault.
It did cross my mind that she could have been a lesbian, hence her not throwing herself at me, but I suspect the very thing that enabled me to get my foot in the door was my undoing - the presence of pesky kids.

This is a serious flaw in my where there are young kids there are young mums strategy but it still does have value if applied selectively, I have certainly had plenty of success with it in the past. I may well slip over to Cloud 9 in Lincoln later tonight, I’ll splash on a handful of my special Stallion Aftershave just to make sure my day does not end in total failure.

I hope to be with you more often from now on
Keep it Up !
The Coxeman
