I think what will swing it for me is to female vote though - women don't like Clarkson ! You highlight just one of many problems in the NHS, I don't think it will take me long to sort it out. Getting rid of pen-pushers, civil servants and beaurocrats will cure most of it. My radical health care rationing will sort the rest.
