The Cold War Arrives in Great Coates
I’ve made plenty of appeals for assistance on this site, some wisely ignored , but many answered, well here’s a good one
Who can decipher Russian . . . ?
Wybers Wood is well and truly in the Iron-Like Soviet Grip that is the Cold War (note use of present tense, I don’t acknowledge it ended ) - well when I say Wybers Wood perhaps I should narrow it further than I have from Great Coates - it’s probably fair to say the Cold War, per se, is little more than an isolated incident confined largely to the Goldeneye Dacha !
My photographic studio now doubles as my Cold War Coffee Room, you may remember the tedium of painting it it’s where I entertain my huge menagerie of friends, and it’s dedicated to a Cold War theme.
To that end I’m very pleased to have a fabulous gift that is now the centre piece . . .
I absolutely love it, question is . .. what does it say ?
My Russian’s a little rusty, I really should have paid more attention at school, so I’m slightly at a loss and given that the average level of intelligence of the visitors to this site is considerably greater than the idiot that runs it I can’t help but feel a few pointers, guesses or suggestion mightn’t be to much to hope for.
Up the workers comrades,
