I’m sorry to hear that though from personal experience I’ve not found such a problem - that said I walk along the riverside.

I do agree with you about many dog owners though !

Rod,

I had a walk from the old Chapel down to the sluice the other day. I took my wife since it was warm and pleasant.

I must say however, that the walk was marred by the tremendous amount of dog s*** all the way. It not only spoilt our walk but made me mad to think how much that dog owners contribute to the disgusting state of the planet. Here,s everyone shouting about carbon footprints and dog owners don’t realise that each dog contributes exactly the same amount od carbon footprint as a 4 x 4. What a filthy place Tetney Lock is, sorry.

you should know me by now - of course I’ve been to Donna Nook and of course it was when the seals weren’t there - I looked for them but was a quarter of a year too early
A motorbike is the mode of transport as that road must be a nightmare with traffic both ways !

I am planning to do a walk from Cleethorpes to RAF Donna nook mainly to watch the plains Bombing on the Beach i will have to stop off at the pub in tetney and have a look, have you ever been to Donna nook when the seals are there Rod they come right up to you, i went a few years ago on my Motor bike and was all in black leather, all the babies thought i was there mother and started following me down the beach, incedentaly there are a load of pill boxes there if you know where to look for them.
