Revealed the Best Thing in the World

Some things have got to change here at Goldeneye Towers - standards are slipping !
But first let me bring you the best thing in the world.
Forget the likes of Ashley Lawrence et al and Paul Gilbert, everything and everybody is unreliable (except me of course) but here is a picture of the best thing in the world the only thing you can rely on

The Best Thing on the Planet

This fantastic picture is courtesy of was stolen from a leading Lincolnshire photographer

Now that we’ve established that nothing matters more than hedgehogs let’s get down to falling standards.
Apologies for the lack of posting over the last few days, I’m sad to say it’s part and parcel of an overall decline here.
I embarrassed to tell you this but regulars will know I’m painfully honest …
On Saturday I forgot to disinfect and clean my bathroom
Granted I did clean and sanitize the whole thing every day of the week bar that one, as is the norm here, but non-the-less !

That shows the collapse in personal and domestic standards but what of my track record last week on this site ?
I hang my head in shame dear reader
You will never believe what I missed last week …
National Cleavage Day

I know you all expect better of me and how could I not know of this national day of celebration - I can only apologize.

This week is the start of the new financial year and the start of a new reinvigorated Rod Collins

    Rod,

You must be ill or surely you would have ‘plunged’ into National Cleavage Day :)

Rod, it would be unwise of anyone to dispute what you regard as the best thing on the planet, in case you get a bit prickly! It might also be a mistake to dwell on National Cleavage Day in case someone accuses us of plumbing new depths :) and suggests again you should be banned. So I will just say welcome back, ready to make a clean (and disinfected) new start!

Perhaps missing NCD was an omen, a portent of my Brave New World.

Such is the dramatic change I’m planning I’m even going to …
try and start selling books again

    Wonderful photo!

One of my favourite animals, but they seem to be in decline?

As for NCD - I much prefer unfettered myself ;P

Pursuing his determination to uncover the truth, Bond and M (JUDI DENCH) interrogate Mr White (JESPER CHRISTENSEN) who reveals the organisation which blackmailed Vesper is far more complex and dangerous than anyone had imagined. Forensic intelligence links an Mi6 traitor to a bank account in Haiti where a case of mistaken identity introduces Bond to the beautiful but feisty Camille (OLGA KURYLENKO), a woman who has her own vendetta. Camille leads Bond straight to Dominic Greene (MATHIEU AMALRIC), a ruthless business man and major force within the mysterious organisation.

In a minefield of treachery, murder and deceit, Bond allies with old friends in a battle to uncover the truth. As he gets closer to finding the man responsible for the betrayal of Vesper, 007 must keep one step ahead of the CIA, the terrorists and even M, to unravel Greene’s sinister plan and stop his organisation

nice catch - many thanks - I understand they have also brought the release date for the film forward.
Presumably I’ll have another fiasco in wanting to get a ticket for the movie as happened last time

Then of course there will be the Quantum of Solace DVD release - will it run like the last time
I think it’s going to be a good one again
    Thanks for the info
