Well over 10 years ago I could happily use my cellphone in and around Lincolnshire, especially well in Horncastle. Now if I want to use it there (and this is not a joke) I have to stand on a pub car park wall outside Tim Smith's bookshop! I think that is why it now has a camera, diary and video games - to give you something to do when you can't speak to anyone. Absolute garbage ! What's going on ? I think we should be told !
