I find myself unconcerned about anything that does not badly affect my outward appearance. As to watching the figure and eating etc. I give you the Goldeneye shopping basket - having just returned from shopping (again) and the the supermarket. 6 bottles of claret 6 free range eggs 1 chilled chicken madras That is the lot !
