The lovely Jade was stunned by the news when turning up at the clothes shop Nathalie French, believing herself to be into the final two only to be told the great news !
It’s great news for her and we wish her well and thank her once again for not only representing the town but also for taking the time to comment on this site, which can be seen here on our original post on the contest Miss Grimsby 2007
JD, if you see this we do hope you’ll comment again, even perhaps keep us all updated on your progress as the contest progresses.
I shall bring any news I can come across but it would be nice to hear the official version.
Congratulations once again to a worthy winner and the very best of luck in the Miss England finals. I hope this time there will be more local publicity and the whole town will get behind you.

i have done a little promotion work already but nothing much. Gettin ready for the finals is the most important thing at the moment. iv got to do lots of fund raising so ill keep you up dated on that

Update
As the year comes to an end JD was featured in the local paper. It’s a great photo but scanned from the paper it doesn’t do JD or the photograph justice.
Given the lack of action there seems to be around the 2008 contest I propose Jade Dundrige be given the title in an honorary capacity and retain for as long as she wishes.
