Merry Xmas and Many Thanks

Firstly , I would like to wish everybody who visits the site, be it daily or occasionally, very best wishes for the coming festivities.
Secondly, I would also like to thank everybody as last month saw a record number of visitors.
This year has seen visitor number over double since January.

You may wonder why I am wishing you all season’s greetings on the 1st of December - well I’m feeling unusually festive !
I opened door #1 on my Bart Simpson advent calendar, risked the 29″ waist and ate a chocolate xmas tree
I have also dealt with all my cards and wait for it … put up the tree and a few decorations !
Mental preparations are also being made for my full roast turkey traditional Mithras dinner.
And I took delivery of a fine Lincolnshire Christmas ham

No dithering this year, no bah humbug - I am a man of action :)

I should also like to take this opportunity to thank everybody who visits the site, especially those who are good enough to return regularly as a staggering number do - I’m both grateful and genuinely humbled by it.
I apologize for the occasions when there is no new post for the day and for those days when you don’t think much of whatever I’ve come up with - thanks for bearing with me.

I’m particularly grateful to those who participate and take the time to leave a comment - especially those ‘regulars’ to whom I’m especially indebted.

If you’re a regular ‘lurker’ then do feel free to dip your toe in the water and share your opinion - especially if it’s contrary to mine.
If it’s not contrary to mine then you should probably consider professional help !

Have a great time wherever you are in the world and whatever you do at this time of year.
Regards and Season’s Greetings
Festive Rod

    Rod,

There’s something other-worldly going on…. you’ve put up a christmas tree and decorations and ordered a ham, opened your advent calendar and consumed a chocolate tree…. have you been visited by three ghosts in the night? :)

If we witches weren’t feeling festive before then we certainly are now, all that and it’s snowing!

    WoE

    Very good :)
Sadly no nocturnal visits, ghostly or otherwise but I’m ever on my guard !

To further add to the festivities I opened door #2 and consumed my chocolate xmas pudding, that was after a fine breakfast of christmas ham and eggs - superb !
Add yet even more … I’m going xmas shopping now in the snow !

    Ho Ho Ho
