Hi - I was christened in Kirmington church in 1968! My Grandma was church organist there and at Brockelsby church for some years. There are one or two of is Havercrofts buried in Kirmington church yard. My gran lived in Gravel Pitt Lane & next door was a chap called Mr Canpbell who was warden for some time in the 70s or 80s. I'm pretty sure it was he who unearthed a mass grave at the side of the church - possibly the lower west wall - it was victims of the black death!
