Needless to say the half-wits who have the time and money to do this are a city council - Glasgow to be precise.
Tax payers money is currently being spent because they believe Keef smoked a cigarette whilst on stage thereby breaking the council’s no smoking in public places policy.
Absolutely unbelievable, they should look to their own first.
Keith has already lived longer than the average Glasgow male inhabitant, despite his .. colourful lifestyle over the years.

If I told you 10 years ago that:
In the UK on average you are caught on CCTV on average 300 times a day !
You are going to have to carry an ID with microchip information about you and laser eye scan!
They want to put trackers in new cars to track you for road tolls
You cannot smoke in a pub
People who fought for their country are required to pay for a passport in order to prove they belong to a country they risks their lives for
etc etc etc
You would have laughed and said not even in Russia or a SciFi novel
I am sure Keith reads this blog so tell them to wedge it dude!
