Vitamin D via sun on skin helps the transport of calcium to one's bones, my doctor told me I needed more sun. As you lay there with a sock over your little acorn and shriveled prunes, the sweat dripping over your torso can form a seal around your back's spinal channel airtight enough to generate a farting sound if you arch your back on bare concrete paving slabs. It's extremely important to consider the possibility of being seen by the paper boy/girl, as they are not deemed to be tresspassers. Imagine what you would think/do/tell everyone if you were a teenager, they're all armed with camera phones. An elderly lady neighbour saw me once, she was totally unfazed. So, of course, I had to find the article http://www.guardian.co.uk/theguardian/2006/may/26/features11.g2 and if you read the end of the article, according to the solicitor quoted, as long as La Casa Goldeneye's not directly overlooked then naked gardening/sunbathing/whatever should be fine!
