Is it Against the Law for a Girl to Wear Trousers or jeans in Paris ?
What a ridiculous question - or so I thought until it was posed to me by erstwhile contributor to the site, not to mention International Counterspy and Legendary Lothario Rod Damon !
So rather than involve myself in this I told him to write it up himself - so it’s over to The Coxeman

Those of you who are familiar with my scribblings will be only too well aware that I believe that Men are Men and Women are Women.
Men should be masculine and women should be feminine - none of this men crying garbage and women with careers nonsense !
That’s why, and I never thought I’d ever say this, I applaud the Frogs.
It is in fact illegal for women to wear trousers in Paris. In the 1800s they made it illegal for ladies to “Dress Like Men”

The law is still in force today as it turns out and in theory you need written permission from the Chief of the Paris Police Force to wear trousers or jeans in the capital if you’re a chick !

There is much to applaud this stance of course but I’m more concerned about women thinking they . . .
Can Wear the Trousers . . . Full Stop

Trousers, being manly things, can give a feeling of empowerment which is clearly not helpful to the delicate female psyche and could lead to the destabilising of an otherwise good woman.
There is another issue here as well.
I believe trousers are linked to the same issue as feminism. We all know that feminist tendencies can lead to lesbianism as can the wearing of sensible shoes if not abruptly checked and likewise . . . add trousering to that list !

There are a lot of guys out there who have be ‘unmanned’ and most of it started when girls shunned frocks and started donning trousers.

I suppose it’s too late to do anything about it now but that’s not to say it should be encouraged.
Of course, modern single women run riot, are a law unto themselves and therefore difficult bring under proper control.
However, if you are married or have a girlfriend then it is your manly duty to get a grip of things like this and stop the rot !

If not you’ll be hugging your ‘mates’ in the pub before you know it and lose a huge pile of man points !!
