How to Live a Happier Life
It seems about time the ‘best and worst’ or things list made a return.
So what is currently doing me some good and what is attempting to do me some ill ?
Here are a couple of random lists and thoughts in no particular order
The Sun Shining on the Righteous (i.e. me)
Inspector Lynley 1st series on DVD
Previously reported at £25 in HMV. Monitored for a month or so and no takers. Those blood suckers who run HMV blinked first and reduced it to £14 - Goldeneye was in there - to the victor go the spoils.
Taking Pictures on My Mobile Phone
The digital brownie is goosed so it’s mobile only. Picture quality is OK but the pictures themselves are fab !
Being Interrupted When Writing This
Just literally put the phone down after talking to the BBC for half an hour about dust jackets artists to a very nice guy.
Hot on the heels of helping The Times the other week, now it’s the BBC and their programme coming up about Doris Lessing
Basking in the Sun
The bronzing of the Goldeneye torso is going well and I feel so much better for some decent weather.
The verdict on the above mentioned body is split between 2 camps.
Those who say I could be a male model and
Those who say I need some fat on me !
The Rain Falling on My Parade
More Space for My Veg
I shouldn’t complain because I have a really good plot for my vegetables but more room to be more adventurous would be nice
Do you know what, I think that’s it ![]()
No really, I haven’t got anything to complain about. Life is good, life is sweet.
I’m full of the joys of spring summer
Regards to All

Rod, I think you’re getting too much sun ( not that I’m jealous being indoors all day), I will have to phone you up this afternoon, ask you every imaginable question about vegetables and get you to photograph them, when the sun has gone you can then watch your DVD,s making you wish you could get a set of Inspector Lynley series 2 as cheap!

Dino
you can’t get enough of a good thing
I intend to have another day in the sun today, out walking, planting more veg and sun worshipping
Series II of Lynley is a battle of wit and nerve yet to be waged, needless to say I expect to come through victorious
Cheers
Rod

Rod,
You may have a scrumptious torso in the eyes of the local hot chicks…. but just when they are about to make their move they suddenly find out about your obsession with cut price detective DVDs…. where’s it all leading? Up the garden path we suspect
Enjoy this wonderful day and slap on the sun cream to preserve a national treasure… the torso that is, not the DVDs

The interest in seeing my torso seems, sadly, of greater interest to those in Cyberspace than Wyberspace
your obsession with cut price detective DVDs
I’m not interested in cut-price I just don’t want to grab my ankles
