Feverdogg’s Latest CD Review
Feverdogg have a 4 track cd completed with 2 brand new tracks.
Your host was lucky enough to get an advance copy today and it’s good, very good in fact
The letter box claps and the post office’s representative on the ground has disgorged the usual load of crapola onto the Goldeneye Doormat.
Wading through this faecal avalanche I only just resist the temptation not give Richard Branson and Virgin the monopoly on everything in my house for only £40 a month and try not to be too alarmed at Anglian Water’s suggestion that if a pipe breaks in my driveway I could be liable for a sum akin to the national debt !
Just before I’m ready to jump off the Humber Bridge there’s light in the dark . . . a CD !
A 4 track CD by Feverdogg !
Consigning all else to the garbage I wind up the old gramophone and stick it on.
It’s predictable - that is to say I expected it to be good and it is good - bloody good in fact !

Wake You
The band have just finished touring the UK and their profile is growing all the time. If you’ve not heard them before I’ve got a couple of tracks embedded here check it out and take note of my first foray into the world of music videos. You know normally how you see a great video but the music is crap - well my effort reverses that trend !
The two new tracks are excellent and very original, if ever a band showed potential then this one does - you will be hearing more from them - take my word for it.
I’ve had it on permanent play for a couple of hours now and it just gets better - I don’t tire of hearing that lead break in Alarms, indeed I stop what I’m doing and wait for it now.
You need to check them out on MySpace and Facebook get ‘em added as friends and pass the link on to your friends.
There’s also a Facebook button at the bottom of this page you can click to share this review.
I would urge you to give them a listen and if you get the chance go and see them live - I’ve seen them and you’ll not be disappointed.
It’s a fine effort from a band that simply get better and tighter - I’ll be following their progress with interest and to those misguided souls who’ve never heard of Feverdogg then remember where you heard of them first !
All the best
Rod
