His father was the Padre at Old Clee church, he actually performed the service for my parents wedding. <strong>Patricia Hodge</strong> is another well known Grimbarian, her Parents owned the Royal Hotel on the site occupied by the fly-over. He married a Grimsby girl June who was the daughter of Ted and Doris Fifield who also lived in Grimsby. Alf is still on the go and still travels to The Middle East. Alf worked for the British Government as a Consultant . I wish him well.
