Eva Green as Vesper Lynd First Official Picture
We have a still from the very first official photographs of Eva Green in character as Vesper Lynd for the forthcoming James Bond 007 film, Casino Royale.
Clearly things are looking good for the new James Bond, as we get nearer to the movies release date I get the feeling they just may pull the 007 balancing act off.

Eva Green as Vesper Lynd
I may even stump up the cash for a cinema ticket, I wonder how much they cost nowadays

I’d be there if you did!
I would sell up and cash in, go to live in a nice country house hotel and live the rest of my life in decadence and luxury

Rod,
Vesper doesn’t look like the sort of girl who would opt for a sausage bun overlooking the Humber …. should you meet a class act woman such as
Mz Lynd you will need another strategy, at least to start with. I’m sure all the eligible women out there will be looking forward to hearing your thoughts on this matter (especially if they’re vegetarian!)

you make a very valid point, clearly a problem area. I have to admit it is something I had not planned for. A large part of my breaking the boy scout’s first rule is that the probability of meeting someone like Vesper in the Costa del Meggies is remote, to say the least.
In fact, I was concerned that the women I did see may mug me and steal my sausage bun.
If she is a veggie then there is nothing to fear from the gastronomic horror that is the sausage bun, I would be amazed if there was any meat in it at all!
That said, in the unlikely event of bumping into a ‘Vesper type girl’ I should whisk her away to a country house hotel in Lincolnshire and ply her with fine food and mediocre wine.
This would generally do the trick as Cleethorpes’ girls a generally impressed just by the fact they are sitting down to eat!
