Eat More and Lose Weight ~ Eat Yourself Thinner

It seems like a dream but it’s true you can actually eat more food and still lose weight !
Is this some latest gimmick diet or a load of nonsense ?
No, I know you can - because I do !
Here’s a recipe for a delicious meal, more than enough to eat and you’ll strip off the fat whilst eating it !

How to Eat More and Still Lose Weight

When it comes to losing weight lots of people talk about joining gyms and exercise routines - rubbish !

The key to shedding the fat is your diet !

You would have to do one hours skipping to burn off just two 25g packets of crisps (for those abroad they are the tiniest packets - very much smaller than seen outside this country generally - barely a handful of crisps, or chips, in a packet)

How about 26 minutes of high intensity circuit training - fancy that ?
That would shift the calories in one Snickers chocolate bar !

As you can see burning calories via exercise takes time and serious commitment - dodging calories is, by comparison, a walk in the park.

Things to Avoid
White carbs such as, bread, pasta, rice and potatoes.
Obviously, sweets, cakes, chocolates and fizzy drinks
Junk food in general, pizzas, chips, anything deep fried (remember many ‘oven cook’ things such as chips have already been deep fried)

A few Good Things
Sweet potatoes, brown rice, wholemeal pasta
Lean meat, eggs, fish
Vegetables - not boiled !

Some Things to Watch Out for
Fruit - contains a lot of natural sugar
Pastry and many processed foods - check the fat per 100g

food to make you lose weight

Chicken with Olives and Sun Dried Tomatoes

No Need to Be Hungry
Above and below you’ll see what I ate tonight.
Chicken, marinated in olive oil, garlic, tomato paste, green olives and sun dried tomatoes (all prepped by me)
Served with courgettes, sweet potatoes, carrots, peppers, onions all roasted in olive oil with garlic and seasoning.
Full of protein and healthy fat - not to mention delicious - note the portion size below

Calorie burning food

Should Keep Me Going !

I should point out, for reasons of scale, that it is not a plate but a carvery serving platter measuring 16 inches by 11 inches
Clearly no need to go hungry !

Exercise is clearly a huge benefit and should be undertaken whenever possible (make it pleasurable - go for nice walks etc)
The point I make is that it is so easy to shed the pounds without joining a gym or going hungry.

There’s some fantastic food out there which will make a lot of difference to many people’s lives - especially of the young in this country.
Why not give it ago ?

Slimmly Yours
Rod

Only thing that worries me about this? The way the platter is glowing in some kind of mystical way!

    Seriously, looks delicious though.

I concur- sounds delicious just from the ingredients.Simply prepared ,fresh & nutritious.I’ll wager that salt plays a minimal role .I am experimenting with a cross cultural meeting of Pacific Rim & Yucatan regional influences.Fish ,steamed or poached- chilled for a day then shredded w/fresh lime juice will be added before refrigerating. The ratios, with regard to condiments, is still as they say ,in development. Choices for the fish thus far are monkfish, red snapper, corvina .but hake ,cod , plaice,or grouper will have their chance as well. I’ll keep you abreast of my findings.Cheers ,John Patrick

    TJ,
you look to be onto a winner with those ingredients - I must say I’m envious of the fish selection - sounds superb.
