Daniel Craig Latest Pictures from Quantum of Solace

Daniel Craig is looking both rugged and suave in the latest publicity shot from Quantum of Solace
There is pressure from both the male and female contingent who visit this site regularly for the latest images of DC in the new Bond movie.
Well here is but with a delicious twist …

Daniel Craig black bomber jacket Quantum of Solace

DC in his black jacket

No doubt you’ll all approve - I certainly do but for other reasons !
We all know that James Bond has always been a big issue in the style and fashion stakes - what he wears is always of note and of importance nowadays to the fashion industry.

Because of that there has been favourable comment about the jacket he’s wearing.
But just a minute - I’ve seen that before somewhere …
Now where could it be ?
I know - it’s the same as mine :)

It’s not the best picture but the only I could find of me that shows some of it properly.
The overall styling and detail are virtually identical, the collar and pocket detail etc identical.
I suspect DC has seen my efforts on this site in regards emulating him with the DC workout and has been so impressed he’s decided to copy me :)

Daniel Craig Workout

I’m not sure what make his black jacket is, we will bring you such details about the film and the fashion in it when it becomes available, but for those wishing to steal a march on others and catch up with me, albeit over a year behind ;) , mine is made by Henri Lloyd.

Update Picture: Do to the volume of traffic and email requests here is a picture of my jacket - the flash has washed it out a little but it is incredibly similar

    Rod,

Thanks for the DC shot… always a pleasure. Looks as though we need to ‘rough’ you up a bit if his jacket is anything to go by :)

p.s. are you aiming for curvy hips? … must be the angle of the camera…. still that’s what comes of following a punishing abdominal workout regime no doubt :) Only sour grapes on our part, wish we had a washboard midriff.

You should see me this morning :)

I could have used curvy hips, or a least a belt, yesterday. The return of …
The Curse of the Falling Down Trousers made a redux appearance !
Still, I should have known better, they were a year old pair of jeans with a somewhat corpulent 30″ waist ;)

Rod, “the curse of the falling down trousers” reminds me of a story a friend of mine told me years ago. He is a somewhat large fellow, much larger than you Rod, he had bought a new pair of trousers which seemed to fit well when he tried them in the shop, until he got in his car and was sat down. Immediately the trousers dug into his stomach painfully, being on his own he thought he would release his belt and loosen he trousers, which was alright so he drove on to his destination which happened to be Grimsby. Unfortunately when he arrived in town and stopped in the busy car park he forgot he had undone his trousers and as he strode over to the ticket machine they dropped round his ankles, much to the amusement of a lot of onlookers. Sound like a nightmare doesn’t it ? :)

    nice one :)
Pleased to hear it’s not just me that suffers disasters !
I took my trousers off in Binns department store in Grimsby.

They were having a big sale day, unbeknown to me, I wanted to try a pair of trousers on.

Me: Can I try these on please ?
Lady: Sorry the changing rooms are closed on sale day
    Me: Eh !
Lady: Sorry the changing rooms are closed on sale day
Me: These aren’t in the sale !
Lady: Sorry the changing rooms are closed on sale day
Me: I’ll try them on here then

So I did took my trousers off in the shop !
    Cheers

    Hey Rod,

I was wondering if you knew what material this jacket was made out of. Also, any idea of the maker?

    Thanks,
    Nick

    Hi,

I know that much of the wardrobe was supplied by Tom Ford so its a possibility that Tom Ford actually supplied that jacket. I live in Manhattan so I’ll stop by the store and let everyone know.

    Dave
thanks for the comment and welcome to the site.
As yet I’m not sure what make the black jacket is. The one I have is incredibly similar even down to the angle of the pockets. That’s by Henri Lloyd but I doubt they supplied it for Quantum of Solace.
It’s near enough for me and nice to be ahead of the game though :)
Rest assured I’ll have the actual maker noted on this page as soon as I can verify it
    Cheers

Need that jacket ! So far have made many unsuccessful trips into London’s west end trying to find it !

    Any ideas ?

    Hi Ant
I did hear rumour that it might be an Adidas Y3 which is not due out till next year.
That is only a rumour though so I put little credulity in it.
It’s staggering that the maker has not got them on the shelves and put the word out - they could have sold 1000s
I’ll post the manufacturer just as soon as I can find out
    Cheers

I know that this is a very old post, but I found a jacket that is the closest match to the QOS jacket. This jacket is made by Eddie Bauer and is listed as ” Featherweight” jacket for under $100.00. I liked the jacket so much I bought two.
