The final date on the F1 calendar takes us to Interlagos in Brazil
The first Grand Prix to be held at Interlagos was in 1972 although the venue only made the official calendar in 1978.
It is therefore one of the older circuits and some complain the facilities are not quite what they might be.
That said being one of the older tracks it has not been sanitized and remains one of the more exciting race venues of the season.
This is also helped with it’s position in the calendar and the 2007 grand showdown between Lewis Hamilton, Fernando Alonso and Kimi Raikkonen going right up to the last race.
