I think Rod probably has pulled a muscle, not trying the DC workout, but by pulling the cork on a bottle of Claret! Or opening his cigarette packet! Not the workout we were expecting from him but I think the only think that Mr Collins is capable of doing!
As for the train set, a very good idea, especially for someone in his dotage like Rod, it will keep him out of trouble with the opposite sex, no stray ‘dogs’ attacking him, golf balls or curtain poles. Endless new bits for him to buy and get excited about, excellent idea!

The original idea was to build the most spam ridden and poisonous page possible. I could then link to people I did not like and cause them all sorets of problems in search engines.

On a serious note, were someone actually out looking for a partner then I would think proper internet dating would be a good thing. Allows you to actually come into contact with similar minded people whom you never otherwise meet.
