How else can a man do a proper days work ;) As to LB's portion control, I once remember ordering a wild mushroom dish in one of his restaurants and told them 'don't stint on the bloody mushrooms' I got such a plate full I could hardly see over it - that showed me ! Place one tablespoon of cous cous, place in the middle of the plate.

Slice chicken into 2, balance on top of the cous cous.
Drizzle olive oil over chicken and veg.

And hey presto - you can charge - £29.95, (at least)
