A somewhat damp Bank Holiday easter Monday saw your host, amongst other things, taking care of an important gap in his wardrobe . . .
Yes, another pair of jeans was bought - blitzed straight into a 29″ waist - no problemo !
It was typical British bank holiday weather damp and miserable - thankfully your host wasn’t suffering from dampened spirits or misery , nor for that matter was I feeling typically British !
A flying start saw me having wrapped up the internet, feasted on porridge and ablutions completed before 8am so off for an early morning constitutional - healthy body healthy mind - so they say - not sure about the mind part though 
I spent some time, as a friend of mine refers to it as, increasing the sum of human knowledge by preparing and researching some author bibliographies.
After educating the world in obscure and all but forgotten mystery fiction writers I decided I deserved a bank holiday treat.
To that end I swanned into town in search of clothing. As usual prospects were grim and a tour of the high street did little to raise hopes. Thank Mithras for TK Maxx !

The Toby Kebbell Workout is already paying dividends allowing me to slip easily into a slim fit pair of 29″ waist bootcut jeans 
Sold to the man with the slim waist and long legs !
A carrier bag full of vegetables rounded off a most satisfactory binge and I returned to the domestic bliss of La Casa Goldeneye for a restorative green tea and 100 sit-ups ! Well I doesn’t happen by accident.
The evening is set to be alcohol free as I become ever more boring - if such a thing is possible.
I now intend to do battle with Paul Gilbert and his Amazing Guitar Trip DVD
