Who built the first houses in America ~ What did the first homes in America, as we’d know them today, look like ?
Very interesting and historically important questions and no doubt regulars will be thinking American history is not exactly local history for a Lincolnshire lad.

Sainsbury’s VS Morrisons ~ Which is the Winner
Inconvenient and unpleasant weather conditions here in the UK forced me to adjust my plans quite dramatically and in some cases dangerously.
Naturally I risked life and limb in the blizzards, snow and ice in order to bring you a photographic diary of the situation but I talk of something even riskier . . .

The idea of a ’sense of community’ is probably regarded as old-fashioned nowadays, probably just clinging on in rural areas or small areas of population.
